Mr. Hatzimemos is a founding member and the Executive Managing Director of Giuliani Partners LLC.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hatzimemos served as Assistant Counsel to Mayor Giuliani.  In this capacity, he represented the Mayor on the Board of Trustees of the NYC Police and Fire Pension Funds and the NYC Employees Deferred Compensation Fund.  In addition, he was called upon to represent the City in critical negotiations with corporate leaders. 

From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hatzimemos served as Assistant Criminal Justice Coordinator in the Mayor’s Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator.  Prior to that, he was an associate at the Manhattan Law firm of Weg and Myers, PC from 1997 to 1998 where he specialized in first party property casualty insurance litigation.  From 1992 to 1996 he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn. 

Mr. Hatzimemos received his law degree from New York Law School in 1992.
