Mr. Connolly is a founding member and Managing Director of Giuliani Partners LLC.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Connolly served as Special Counsel to the New York City Law Department from 1997 to 2001.  In this capacity, he represented the Giuliani Administration in myriad legal challenges to the various institutional reforms implemented by the Mayor. 

Mr. Connolly began his career as a prosecutor in the Office of the Manhattan District Attorney where he served for 8 years.  In 1994, he joined the Administration of Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani as Counsel to the Criminal Justice Coordinator.  In that position, he participated in the development of many of the reforms that revolutionized criminal justice in New York City. 

Mr. Connolly, a native New Yorker, is an Honors graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York and a magna cum laude graduate of the American University School of Law in Washington, D.C.
